2008 Valley of Dreams Sponsorship

The 2008 Valley of Dreams will be held again at the TPC Sawgrass. Please mark your calendar for the June 26th Gala and June 27th Bobby Weed-Pete Dye Charity Golf Classic.
Jenny McCarthy, actress, best- selling author, and mother of Evan who has recovered from autism, will return as our celebrity guest. Last year’s event sold out in two weeks, attendees enjoyed words from Jenny McCarthy, dinner, dancing, and a fabulous live auction, followed by a perfect day of golf on Dye’s Valley Course. Individual tickets and foursomes will go on sale at the end of May.

Jenny McCarthy returning for this years event!

HEAL is pleased to announce that actress and best selling author Jenny McCarthy
will return for the 2008 Valley of Dreams. Her new book, “Mother Warriors:
A Nation of Parents Healing Autism Against All Odds” will be released this
September 2008. Jenny’s son Evan is recovering from autism.

2nd Annual Valley of Dreams Event

Please join THE PLAYERS Championship and the TPC Sawgrass in
support of this year’s HEAL Valley of Dreams Gala and Charity Golf
Classic. Through the funds generated at last years’ inaugural event,
HEAL granted over $275,000 towards a myriad of projects and
educational programs assisting over 400 individuals with autism
in the Greater Jacksonville area. We hope that you will consider
participating in this year’s event, so HEAL may continue its efforts to
provide therapy and support services.
Autism has become an epidemic among young children; affecting the lives of 1 in 150 and striking four times as
many boys than girls. More children in the United States are diagnosed with autism then childhood cancer,
diabetes, and pediatric AIDS combined.
